The Birchwood Bonus Ball is a raffle-style club, with up to 5 numbers available to purchase per person, per subscription period. The subscription fee is £2 per month, payable in advance for the academic year. Subscriptions will remain open from the March draw onwards at a cost of £20 per number. 50% of subscriptions shall be allocated as prize money and 50% to PSFA funds. Prize money depends on the membership uptake and will be published as soon as possible following the subscription closing date. Draws shall be held on the last day of each month. If you are replacing items of school uniform and the old items are still in fairly good condition, please consider donating good condition items of preloved uniform to the PSFA. Please drop off clean items of uniform to our reception. If you would like to make a purchase of preloved uniform, please email psfapreloved@gmail.com. Please note this email address will be checked on a Wednesday, and uniform requests will be available for collection from reception on a Friday, upon receipt of payment.

Parents Staff & Friends Association AGM
Our second AGM is being held on Monday 18 March at 7pm in the BDC.
If you are able to come along we would love to see you. The three main committee roles are filled with candidates happy to stand again and there will be no pressure to commit to becoming a regular face if you prefer not to.
We’ll be thinking about events for the coming year, allocating funding in response to recent requests from staff and considering the direction we want take the PSFA with regards to a whole school approach. We very much hope to see you there!
Birchwood Bonus Ball
The draw for December was made by Mrs Jacobson, and witnessed by two members of school staff. The prize of £62 went to Tracey Tyler with winning number 13. January’s draw was made by Dr Ingate and also witnessed by two members of staff. Congratulations go to Mary Augustine with winning number 31.

Wine Tasting
Thank you to everyone who came along to our wine tasting event on Friday 1 February. We hope you enjoyed it, picked up a few hints and tips and had some fun too! If you have any feedback for us on the evening or the types of events that you would like us to hold in future then do please let us know. We raised just over £300 and will be looking to run another in the future.
