Each Tutor group elects a male and a female to represent them at 6th Form Council.  The Council meet every half term to discuss issues and ideas that important to them and link specifically to improving the quality of life at Birchwood Sixth Form.  The 6th Form Council then elects one male and one female student to represent their 6th Form at School Council. Overall, there are 95 democratically elected Council Members.
